Tirzepatide is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist designed to support metabolic regulation, appetite control, glycaemic stability, and body composition improvement.

This formulation is supplied as a self-mix vial kit, containing:

• 1 vial Tirzepatide 30 mg (lyophilized)
• 1 vial 2 mL bacteriostatic water

Designed for structured weekly dosing with gradual titration.

What It Does

Reconstitution Protocol (Self-Mix)

1. Clean vial tops with an alcohol swab.
2. Draw the full 2 mL bacteriostatic water into a syringe.
3. Slowly inject down the side of the Tirzepatide vial.
4. Do not shake. Gently swirl until fully dissolved.
5. Refrigerate after mixing.

Final concentration after mixing:
30 mg in 2 mL
15 mg per mL

On a 100-unit insulin syringe:
1 unit = 0.15 mg

Structured Dosing Protocol (Weekly Injection)

Tirzepatide is administered once weekly.

• Weeks 1–4: 1.5 mg weekly (10 units)
• Weeks 5–8: 3.0 mg weekly (20 units)
• Weeks 9–12: 4.5 mg weekly (30 units)
• Weeks 13–16: 6.0 mg weekly (40 units)

Advanced escalation (if required and tolerated): 7.5 mg weekly (50 units)

Do not escalate faster than necessary 2/4 weeks. Gradual increases improve tolerability and metabolic adaptation.
